Caravan Room Block for Little America Hotel and Resort

Good evening to all our Pacific Northwest Corvette Caravan participants. Thank you again for pre-registering! Because you have pre-registered, I have FABULOUS news for you. We did not anticipate announcing any hotel blocks at this time since our PNW Hotel Team (Jim and Nancy Garboden) have not finalized many of the stops along our route, however we have a special opportunity which needs your immediate attention for hotel reservations. One of our stops is in Cheyenne, Wyoming and Jim/Nancy have negotiated a fabulous rate one and half years in advance, but the hotel wants you to register NOW. A “Block” of 130 rooms has been negotiated for our pre-registered PNW caravan group.

Drum roll please! Please give Jim and Nancy Garboden (Oregon Regional Leaders) a round of applause!!! The following note is from them regarding the Little America Hotel and Resort room block. Please read it carefully and make your reservations immediately. If you have any questions, please feel free to call me at (510) 418-3006, but the following information is pretty much self explanatory.

2024 Caravan participants,

We have a rare opportunity to book room reservations in Cheyenne, WY well in advance of the usual 11 – 12 month lead time of most hotels. Little America Hotel & Resort has offered Pacific Northwest Corvette Caravan 130 rooms for August 25, 2024 at a rate of $129. Due to a number of factors, a traditional room block would not work, but they offered a “courtesy block” to our group. This means those rooms are still open to the public and another group could come in and book those rooms. But, if we call or use the provided link to book our rooms now, we can lock up a majority of our room needs for Cheyenne. At least two other Caravans will be in Cheyenne the same night, so there is some urgency for our group to lock in these 130 rooms as well as 70 – 75 more we continue to negotiate.
